What information should I include in my request?
Include: Part numbers or BOM list, required quantity, target delivery region, preferred OEMs or product types, and delivery timeline or project urgency. This ensures accurate and globally optimized quotations.
How long does it take to receive a quotation?
Typically within 8 hours during business days. For multi-region or high-volume projects, you’ll receive an interim confirmation and estimated completion time. All quotations reflect global stock positions and region-specific logistics.

What happens if an item is unavailable in my region?

What warranty does Hardex offer?
New products: 1-Year Standard Warranty. Refurbished products: 3-Month Warranty. OEM extended warranties are available and specified in your quotation. All warranties apply globally, in accordance with OEM policies.
How do I request a return or RMA?
Email rma@hardextechsolutions.com with your invoice number and reason for return. All RMAs follow OEM and international trade compliance standards. RMA verification is typically completed within 5–7 business days of receipt.
What post-purchase support is provided?
We provide: Warranty validation and claim assistance, renewal management for software licenses, global technical documentation and audit records, and dedicated account management for enterprise clients.
