Purpose & Scope
This Warranty Policy defines the coverage, limitations, and RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) procedures applicable to all hardware and software supplied by Hardex Tech Solutions Ltd (“Hardex”).
It applies exclusively to business-to-business transactions, including corporates, system integrators, and institutional clients worldwide.
Standard Warranty Coverage
All coverage periods begin from the invoice date issued by Hardex Tech Solutions.
New Products
1 Year Standard Warranty
Covers manufacturer defects and functional failures under normal business use.
Refurbished Products
3-Month Warranty
Covers hardware functionality and component reliability, subject to OEM testing and certification.
Warranty Validation & Proof
All Hardex-supplied items are verified and documented.
- OEM-verified and serial-tracked before shipment
- Delivered with manufacturer documentation and online warranty registration details
- Eligible for OEM validation through brand portals (Dell, HP, Lenovo, Cisco, etc.)
- Request warranty verification anytime at support@hardextechsolutions.com
RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Process
To initiate a warranty claim or return:

Contact RMA Desk
Email rma@hardextechsolutions.com with:
- Invoice number and purchase date
- Serial/part number
- Description of the issue or fault

STEP 02
Receive RMA Number
Our team responds within 48 hours with RMA reference and return instructions

STEP 03
Return Product
Securely pack item with RMA number clearly marked on the label.

STEP 04
Resolution
Replacement or credit issued within 5–7 business days of verification.
Exclusions & Limitations
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage due to misuse, mishandling, electrical faults, or improper installation.
- Consumables (e.g., batteries, toner, media) unless specified by OEM warranty.
- Software licensing issues arising from misconfiguration or unauthorized changes.
- Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or environmental factors.
- Third-party repairs or modifications without written approval.
All RMAs are subject to OEM inspection and verification.
Replacement & Credit
Hardex may, at its discretion:
- Replace the faulty product with the same or equivalent model.
- Issue a credit note for the invoiced value (excluding freight, taxes, or handling). All replacements are shipped under standard commercial terms (Incoterms 2020: DAP/DDP/FCA) and retain the balance of the original warranty period.
Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes arising under warranty claims shall be resolved under English jurisdiction.
Global Support & Coverage
Hardex warranties are globally supported through our logistics and partner network in the UK, UAE, USA, and EU. Where regional OEM support is available, clients may choose direct manufacturer service using the OEM warranty documentation provided.
